Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship all our products from our warehouse in the northern rivers, NSW. All items will be shipped within 2-5 business days after we receive payment. Unless stated in product description.

Shipping Fee’s calculated are in accordance with local shipping costs/ product weight at the time of purchase and are subject to change at any time. We offer standard or express shipping via Auspost anywhere in Australia and standard or express DHL to NZ.

We currently only offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

If an order consists of several products, we will try to ship them together and make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, as different products have different sizes and conditions, they may be shipped via different couriers. You will receive a respective email notification for different tracking.

Once your order is shipped and a tracking number processed, you will receive a shipping information email automatically from HISEA. Please check the email address that you used to place an order for the tracking details. If you haven't found the email, please check your spam box and add info@hisea.com.au  to your contact list to receive our emails correctly.
